About Diane

           Hi, I'm Diane Nygaard, owner of Virtual Office Mojo.


While working in the corporate world as an administrative professional, I provided high-level executive and administrative support in various fields:  accounting, advertising, banking, fast food restaurants, non-profits, sales and training. I truly enjoyed supporting the executives I worked with. What a great feeling of pride and accomplishment when I helped them be the best they could be.

After 25 years, I tired of the corporate environment, and realized I had very marketable skills. I knew that marketing my skills to entrepreneurs and small business owners would be a great way to fulfill my need to continue providing outstanding support while working from my home office. After considerable research and soul searching, I decided to become a virtual assistant.


A long-term working relationship will help me learn more about your business, and will enable me to anticipate and better serve your needs. You can expect from me work which meets or exceeds your expectations, and be confident that I will always work with your best interest in mind. You will have peace of mind knowing that work is being completed with the highest level of confidentially and integrity.

My work style is easy-going, enthusiastic, detail-oriented and organized.
Even though I think logically, I can be creative and resourceful when conquering new challenges. While being open minded, I will be proactive and make suggestions on new and innovative ways to do things. All projects will be completed on time and meet my high standards. 


In addition to my professional business experience, I am a graduate of AssistU’s Virtual Training Program.  AssistU, known as the “Harvard” of virtual training, has the highest standards in the industry. Their 20-week graduate level courses focus on client relationships, technology, business management and marketing.  As an alumna and member in good standing, I have the opportunity to participate in postgraduate courses and seminars. Working as your virtual assistant, I will handle the day-to-day administrative tasks which prevent you from doing what you love to do.
